This research examines how selected hospital management approaches influence organizational and clinical performance within gynecological healthcare institutions. Adopting a quantitative methodology, the study analyzes data obtained from multiple gynecological hospitals using standardized survey instruments and institutional performance records. The analysis demonstrates that collaborative leadership practices are strongly associated with enhanced patient satisfaction, while ongoing professional development programs contribute to lower staff attrition and reduced readmission rates. In addition, the implementation of integrated digital health infrastructures—particularly electronic health record systems—was found to support better care coordination and a reduction in clinical inaccuracies.
